The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property, including but not limited to software, systems, and methodologies developed during the provision of services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
